The fuse material is mainly made of low melting point alloy such as aluminum alloy alloys. The fuse must be a metal wire that is easy to melt, so that the current can be melted in time when the current is large, and it plays a protective role.
General fuse consists of three parts:
First, the melt part, it is the core of the fuse, which plays the role of cutting the current during the melting. The melt of the same type and the same specifications must be the same, the geometric size is the same, the resistance value is as small as possible, and it must be consistent. The most important thing is that the melting characteristics must be consistent, and the family fuse is often made of lead alloys;
The second is the electrode, usually there are two. It is an important part of the melt and the circuit connection. It must have good conductivity and should not produce obvious installation contact resistance;
The third is the bracket part. The melt of the fuse is generally slender and soft. The function of the bracket is to fix the melt and make the three parts the overall installation and use. The phenomenon of break, deformation, combustion, and short circuit should not be produced during use.
